About two years ago I was wondering around London Fashion Weekend and overheard a presentation about Elizabeth Arden’s 8 Hour Cream. I’d never heard of it before and was intrigued to find out more.

Remember last week when I told you all I was seeing Beyoncé on Friday 3rd and I couldn’t get over how it was actually happening? Well, four days on, I now cannot get over how incredible it was. She is flawless. Everything was perfect down to the last tee and we were so close that at one point she reached out her hand to touch us after giggling at us for being such hot crying messes trying to sing Irreplaceable back to her.
Below are a few snaps I got of the show, although I was conscious about spending the whole experience looking through a crappy iPhone camera lens and so kept photos to a minimum. They are not zoomed at all, that’s literally how close she was to us!

l’ve started truly working towards my Summer body now and I’m getting a bit bored of my same gym gear everyday. The majority of girls at my gym find it so necessary to wear more pink and bright green than the teletubbies and it got me thinking I need to chic the crap out of my workout clothes.
The classic Nike tick sports bra needs to come back in a big way, and not only because of it’s monochromatic beauty (I’m serious, the amount of pink at the gym is sickening). Some leather track pants, whilst maybe not so suitable for a hard, sweaty work out, would look pretty sick with these new limited edition Marc hi-tops and the leather Nike Airs are definitely my new wish list item.
You see, in my head when I’m working out I look as hot and toned as Miranda Kerr - but in reality I probably look more like Miranda Hart. Unfortunately, no amount of expensive gymgear-ery will change that, just hard work! And on that note… to the gym!
